At Omaara, customer satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to provide a seamless experience. Please take a moment to review our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

We regret to inform you that Omaara does not permit returns or cancellations once a purchase has been made. Our commitment to your satisfaction is reflected in our repair service, which is available for products damaged within or after 30 days of reporting. To ensure a swift resolution, any damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving the furniture.

To enhance transparency and expedite the resolution process, we strongly recommend creating an unboxing video. This can be done either in the presence of our dedicated assembly and installation technician sent by Omaara or independently within 24 hours of delivery. This is particularly important if you have opted to manage the assembly and installation yourself.

It's important to note that our furniture may exhibit imperfections, primarily on the backside intended to be against the wall, and at the bottom and back of drawers, areas not visible from the front or top during operation. Additionally, minor imperfections ranging from 1-3 mm on the edges may be present, generally not noticeable from a 3 ft distance to the naked eye.
