Delivery Terms & Conditions.

Delivery Location

As per company legal & customer safety  policy. It is our responsibility to send the product to the ground floor door of your apartment building or home. It is not our responsibility to send the product upstairs or place the product inside your home. Any damages caused from the ground floor door of your building to your room is not our responsibility.

Delivery Timeline

As per company legal policy.

A general timeline of minimum 35 working days is provided to our clients for dispatch of items from our end. Time taken in transit is not calculated.
